Our Michela Cimatoribus was a guest at the Festival della Bottarga di Cabras on September 20, 2025, with her book “Effervescenze Diverse” (Trenta Editore). Michela spoke with journalist and moderator Alessandra Iannello about ancestral wines, cider, sour beers, and especially mead, also thanks to the presence of expert Aldo Buiani, who offered one of his meads for tasting to the attendees.
