March 8th: Women’s Day with “Hopazia”, the Solidarity Beer

On the occasion of Women’s Day, March 8th, the association “Le Donne della Birra,” in collaboration with Cascina Don Guanella, is launching “Hopazia”, a Golden IPA designed to celebrate the importance of the female role. Created by a group of women, led by brewer Manolo Lia, this rich and fragrant beer aims to be a symbol of solidarity, as part of the proceeds will be donated to social and inclusion projects. The beer will be available from February 20th, making it the perfect opportunity to raise a toast to March 8th and the power of female collaboration. The figure of Hypatia, a scientist in Ancient Egypt, after whom “Hopazia” is named, became a symbol of intellectual strength and female freedom, long before women could publicly emerge in many fields.
