Course for Beverage Technician c/o Fondazione Mach

Registrations are now open at the Edmund Mach Foundation for the course for Beverage Technician, which will begin in January 2025. The course lasts two years and focuses on the agrifood world with a strong emphasis on the beverage sector: beer production, fruit juices, spirits, tea, stimulant beverages (coffee and chocolate), cider, herbal teas, energy drinks, and other innovative products.

The course includes a theoretical and practical part for three days a week on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday from 08:30 to 12:00 and 13:00 to 16:30, along with full-week internship periods.

The theoretical and practical part has a total duration of about 1000 hours and consists of:

  • Lectures with industry experts;
  • Practical exercises on the processes covered in theory;
  • Laboratory and analysis activities;
  • Technical visits to companies in the sector (breweries, distilleries, cideries, fruit processing companies, innovative companies in the sector, etc.);
