Let’s explore the connection between beer and vermouth!

In collaboration with Birrificio Croce di Malto and beer sommelier Giuseppe Di Vincenzo, Michela Cimatoribus launches a new format, with the blessing of Cantiere Vermùt Bitter as well, that pairs two Piedmontese vermouths with two beers, made using botanicals similar to those used in the vermouth. The glasses are accompanied by sweet and savory gastronomic tastings, for an engaging and completely innovative experience. During the evening, two books published by Trenta Editore will be presented, dedicated respectively to beer (co-authored by Michela Cimatoribus) and to Vermouth.
