What is synesthesia? It is a “crossed” and simultaneous sensory perception that involves at least two senses in an automatic and involuntary way. Le Donne della Birra, starting from this concept, have created a beer tasting format combined with the reading of literary excerpts written by women, featuring a carefully curated pairing selection by expert Claudia Lauricella.
