As of April 2012, Ruinart, the oldest Champagne Maison, officially becomes part of the Moet Hennessy Italia distribution. Ruinart chose Rossi&Bianchi to create a dinner concept to innovatively present the Champagne range to restaurants and their top clientele. The watchword was “experience,” strong in the belief that by associating a brand with a lived experience, the bond remains stronger over time.
In particular, the focus was on Ruinart Rosé, with the creation of ad hoc set-ups to maintain constant visual contact with the Champagne throughout the dinner. Thus was born Ruinart Rosé Interpretation, which also involves the recognition of the aromas proper to Ruinart Rosé: guests then actively participate by focusing on the scents and sensations given by Champagne.
Of course, the experience is complemented by a dinner with an ad hoc menu, during which each course meets a different cuvèe of the Maison.
