About This Project

The Lessini Durello DOC Consortium commissioned Rossi&Bianchi to conduct an online survey to explore the opinion of experienced and largely professional consumers about sparkling wine. The results of the questionnaire were presented at a press conference entitled “Ideal bubbles, alternative sparkling wines: what do sommeliers think?” curated by Rossi&Bianchi at Straf Hotel in Milan. The press conference, graced by a tasting of Durello sparkling wines offered by the Consortium, was also an opportunity to announce the “Durello&Friends” event.
