About This Project

The collaboration between Rossi&Bianchi and Nessie Viaggi has given rise to the “Moments of Taste”, dedicated to curious individuals and enthusiasts of Italian and international food and wine excellence. These are short tours, lasting from 1 to 7 days, where participants can explore and get to know the masters of winemaking, brewing, cheesemaking, and much more. The tours are carefully researched and organized by the experts at Rossi&Bianchi and Nessie Viaggi. Groups are limited to 30 people (ideally around 20) and are always accompanied by an expert who supplements the information provided by producers with insights during transfers. The goal of the initiative is to offer immersive experiences in lesser-known areas, often overlooked by both Italian and foreign tourists, allowing for a deeper understanding of their beauty and culinary traditions.
