About This Project

The Food Genius Academy, an innovative school of professional haute cuisine that aims to create highly specialized figures in the field of catering, entrusted its press office and that of Al Cortile, the school’s Bio-Temporary Restaurant, to us at Rossi&Bianchi. During the Expo period and even afterwards, we regularly invited journalists and bloggers to special dinners and aperitifs in the Milan and Turin offices.
