About This Project

The Maison Dom Pérignon has entrusted Rossi&Bianchi with the organisation, at the Anniluce space in Milan, of a prestigious tasting dinner dedicated exclusively to CERCLE Dom Pérignon members. An initiative wanted by the Maison to strengthen the friendship relationship that has been created with the club members over the years. The evening opened with an aperitif during which guests witnessed the show cooking preparation of the courses, while during the dinner that followed they were able to taste a refined menu designed to pair perfectly with the Maison’s cuvées. The protagonists together with the fine Champagnes were the spices, highly prized products carefully selected by the Ferri company since 1905 to give an exotic touch to a dinner in perfect Dom Pérignon style and enhance the courses designed in combination with the precious cuvées in a mutual exaltation of the characteristics of excellence.
