We are a small communications and events agency formed by professionals with a solid background in marketing and communications, event organization, sommeliers, beer tasters and Food&Beverage enthusiasts.
MICHELA CIMATORIBUS
It took a few years to discover a passion that was already in my genes: of Friulian and German descent, I approached wine in my thirties, leaving a well-established career in another industry to pursue a Master's degree in Marketing and Management of Wine Businesses in the early 2000s and earn my AIS sommelier diploma.
PASSION
My great strength is my relationship with the public when I talk about wine or beer: everyone tells me that my passion for what I do shines through, and I am especially happy about that. When people ask me what made me follow this path, I always think of Confucius' famous quote, ``Do what you love and you will not work a single day of your life.``
BEER
Meanwhile, the pursuit of the good things in life also led me towards beer, eventually becoming an official Unionbirrai taster and an active member of the Women of Beer Association, of which I have been a council member since 2018.
BOOKS
To share my passions, I wrote two books: “Fatti di Birra. Come innamorarsi di una bionda, una rossa e una bruna” (2016, with Marco Giannasso and Andrea Legittimo) and “Effervescenze Diverse. Vini ancestrali, birre acide, sidro e idromele: le fermentazioni da scoprire” (2021).
