About This Project

On the occasion of the launch of the 2000 vintage of Dom Pérignon Plénitude Deuxième, the Maison entrusted Rossi&Bianchi with the conception of a tasting format for the new Champagne. A “solo tasting” with a special performance, conceived and directed by artist Marco Foltran, involved the guests in a sensory experience: the emotions perceived and recorded during the tasting were translated into signals, later processed and artistically depicted on a large screen, thus allowing the participants to see the emotions aroused in them by their first encounter with Dom Pérignon P2 2000.
