The Association Le Donne della Birra has launched, on the occasion of the Beer&Food Attraction trade fair, a survey dedicated to female employment in the beer industry & related jobs. The initiative, aimed exclusively at women professionals in the Italian brewing industry, aims to collect data, experiences, and perceptions useful for capturing the current state of the sector and stimulating shared reflection on issues of work and gender equality.
