An interesting article by Gambero Rosso discusses the trend reversal observed in the USA between the consumption of wine and other alcoholic beverages and light drugs like cannabis. A study conducted by the National Survey on Drug Use and Health found that regular cannabis users smoke 15-16 times a month, compared to the 4-5 days a month that average wine consumers indulge in a bottle. There are also pairing suggestions between cannabis and wine, given the progressive legalization of marijuana use in many states. Lastly, in California, it is possible to purchase cannabis-infused wines.
