During the launch of the 2000 vintage of Dom Pérignon Plénitude Deuxième, Dom Pérignon entrusted Rossi & Bianchi to create ​​a new Champagne tasting format. A “solo tasting” with a particular performance, created and directed by artist Marco Foltran, involved guests in a sensory experience: the emotions perceived and recorded during the tasting were translated into signals, later elaborated and artfully depicted on a big screen, allowing the participants to see the emotions they have come up with in the first encounter with Dom Pérignon P2 2000.
